We had her visit us at our house and she gave us a market analysis and a punch list of items to prepare our house for sale. She connected us with a competent vendors (contractor, mortgage broker and closing attorney). Kimberly kept in constant contact with us while our house was being prepared for sale and helped us search for another property.
